Day Trip Wijk bij Duurstede

Take a day trip on the beautiful river Krommerijn and enjoy the various castles and estates that you will encounter, such as Amelisweerd, Ridderhofstad Rhijnauwen and Beverweerd. You will be taken upstream with a van and then canoe back with electricity. A nice addition is to go to the pick-up point by scooter. Naturally, De Rijnstroom has route maps to the various boarding points. Would you like to interrupt or end the day with your company? De Rijnstroom organizes a picnic or barbecue from 15 people.

• You can cancel free of charge 24 hours in advance, or move it to another date.
• These prices include transport to the pick-up point, in which case you must report to the Rijnstroom, Weg naar Rhijnauwen no. 2 in Utrecht.
• We expect you to register 15 minutes in advance.
• The canoes are brought to this location, by appointment, there are no canoes here by default, if you get on here, you return the canoe to our head office in Utrecht, and not at the location where you got on.
• We work closely with a bus company, so we can easily bring large groups to these locations. We would like to expect you at the Rijnstroom 15 minutes earlier.
• You can choose with which canoe you want to make a day trip.
• On a day trip you can do it again until 18:00, you have 2 locks on the route, to get the canoe out of the water.
• Unfortunately, a day trip is not possible by rowing boat or electric boat.
• You can also go to the pick-up point by scooter in that case € 3.75 will be added to the price of € 41.25 p.p.
• The day trip departs at 10 AM or 11:30 AM.
• You must pay for the day trip at the cash register before departure on the day itself.
