Day trip Bunnik

Take a day trip on the beautiful river Kromme Rijn and enjoy the various castles and estates you will encounter. For example, the Amelisweerd, Ridderhofstad Rhijnauwen and Beverweerd. You will be taken upstream by van and then canoe back upstream. A nice addition is to go to the pick-up point by scooter. Naturally, the Rijnstroom has route maps to the various boarding points. • You can choose with which canoe you want to make a day trip.
• On a day trip you can do until 18:00.
• Unfortunately, a day trip is not possible by rowing boat or electric boat.
• You can also go to the pick-up point by scooter. In that case, € 3.75 will be added. € 36.25 p.p.
• The day trip departs at 10 AM or 11:30 AM.
• You must pay for the day trip at the cash register before departure on the day itself.

What can you do along the way?

Fort Rijnauwen.
The largest Water Line fort in the Netherlands, Fort Rijnauwen, is part of the New Dutch Water Line. This defense line was constructed to defend Utrecht, North and South Holland against attacks from the east.
